Leftist cable news network MSNBC abruptly cut away from coverage of President Donald Trump’s press conference Friday as he delved into the MS-13 origins of Salvadoran illegal alien Kilmar Abrego-Garcia, who the media claims was wrongfully deported.
During Friday’s swearing-in of Dr. Mehmet Oz as the administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, President Trump took the opportunity to address proof that Abrego-Garcia is indeed an MS-13 gang member — however, MSNBC did not want their audience to hear the president’s statements.
“In 2019, Garcia was issued a deportation order. Two separate judges affirmed Garcia was a member of MS-13, which is a gang that maybe even…” Trump said, before MSNBC abruptly cut off his speech.

In 2019, Garcia was issued a deportation order, two separate judges affirmed Garcia was a member of MS-13 — which is a gang that may be even worse than Tren de Aragua, maybe worse. They kill people with knives because it’s more painful. [They’re] very famous for the knifing and killing of two young 16-year-old girls walking to school one day, and they sliced them up into little pieces and killed them — that’s MS-13…
Two separate judges affirmed – affirmed – Garcia was a member of MS-13. When Garcia was originally arrested, he was wearing a sweatshirt with rolls of money pouring out and MS-13 gang symbol that he was driving with two other known violent MS-13 gang members, two of the most violent members that we know in the MS-13 gang of thugs.
In 2022, Garcia was stopped by the Tennessee Highway Patrol who was found to be transporting seven people from Texas to Maryland, and he had no driver’s license. He was driving violently.
In 2020 and 2021, Garcia’s wife filed for a protective order from him and said he was violent and abusive and really scary, including allegations that he punched and scratched her on the eye, left her bleeding after throwing her laptop on the floor at her, ripped her shirt, and ripped off her shorts. He then grabbed her arm, leaving very severe marks.
Garcia’s wife also wrote in court, ‘At this point I am afraid to be close to him. I just don’t want to be close. I have multiple photos and videos, how violent he can be, and all of the bruises that he’s left on me.’ She just didn’t want to, couldn’t get anywhere near him.
This is the man that the Democrats are wanting us to fly back from El Salvador to be a happily ensconced member of the USA family.
On the other hand, MSNBC reportedly carried Democrat Sen. Chris Van Hollen’s (Md.) entire 38-minute press conference after he returned to the US following a visit to Abrego-Garcia in El Salvador.
Van Hollen told the media the illegal alien had “experienced trauma” as a result of his deportation, which he called an “illegal abduction.”
Following the senator’s meeting with Abrego-Garcia, El Salvador President Nayib Bukele brutally mocked Van Hollen for flying down to “sip margaritas” with the MS-13 terrorist, who he said would remain in the country’s custody.
Later Friday evening, President Trump posted a photo himself posing with a printout of Abrego-Garcia’s knuckles showing MS-13 tattoos.
“This is the hand of the man that the Democrats feel should be brought back to the United States, because he is such ‘a fine and innocent person,'” Trump wrote. “They said he is not a member of MS-13, even though he’s got MS-13 tattooed onto his knuckles, and two Highly Respected Courts found that he was a member of MS-13, beat up his wife, etc. I was elected to take bad people out of the United States, among other things. I must be allowed to do my job.”
As Trump runs circles around the media on their deportation hoax, it’s curious whether Democrats and the media knew they were defending an MS-13 gang member when this all started, or whether they clumsily walked into yet another trap set by the Trump administration.
