During an Oval Office meeting between President Donald Trump and El Salvador President Nayib Bukele on Monday, members of the lamestream media pressed the president and his cabinet about a man who they say was “mistakenly deported” from America.

According to the media, a Maryland resident named Kilmar Abrego Garcia who was illegally living in the U.S. after entering the nation from El Salvador “was wrongly deported” back to his home country last month.
However, Secretary of State Marco Rubio explained during the Monday gathering, “This individual was a citizen of El Salvador. He was illegally in the United States and he was returned to his country. That’s where you deport people, back to their country of origin.”
“The foreign policy of the United States is conducted by the President of the United States, not by a court. And, no court in the United States has a right to conduct the foreign policy of the United States,” he added.
Top Trump advisor Stephen Miller chimed in next, pointing out the Supreme Court recently ruled Trump can use the Alien Enemies Act to deport immigrants.
“The Supreme Court said exactly what Marco said, that no court has the authority to compel the foreign policy function of the United States. We won a case 9-0 and people CNN are portraying it as a loss as usual because they want people in this country who kidnap women and children,” Miller scolded the journalists.
He added, “But, President Trump, his policy is foreign terrorists that are here illegally get expelled from the country – which, by the way, is a 90-10 issue.”
POTUS addressed another reporter asking about the deportation, asking, “How long do we have to answer this question from you? Why don’t you just say, ‘Isn’t it wonderful we’re keeping criminals out of our country?’ Why can’t you just say that! Why do you go over and over – that’s why nobody watches you. You have NO credibility.”
Also during the meeting, Attorney General Pam Bondi noted a pair of U.S. courts in 2019 ruled Abrego Garcia was a member of the notorious MS-13 gang.
During an appearance on Fox News Monday, Miller said, “We won the Supreme Court case. Clearly, 9-0, a district court judge said, unconscionably, that the president and his administration have to go into El Salvador and extradite one of their citizens, an El Salvadorian citizen – that would be kidnapping.”
Miller also revealed the DOJ contacted him after the SCOTUS ruling to express excitement about the legal victory.
The Trump advisor continued, telling viewers the illegal alien was not “mistakenly” deported and that he was ordered deported back in 2019.
He claimed a disgruntled Democrat DOJ lawyer had sabotaged the situation by incorrectly filing the deportation as a “mistaken removal.”
Regarding reports that Abrego Garcia had a “withholding order,” which means an immigration judge blocked him from being sent to a particular country, Miller explained the order is null and void because the illegal alien is part of MS-13, which is designated as a foreign terrorist organization.
“Since he’s in MS-13, there is no withholding order. Furthermore, that gang he is accused of being persecuted by doesn’t exist anymore in El Salvador! The 18th Street gang is GONE,” Miller stated.
